DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY OR COLLECTION?
We aim to dispatch all of our items within 24 hrs of a cleared payment. If we have a part in stock and it is within working hours we allow collection on pre agreed terms. We would always recommend to wait for confirmation the part is ready and available for collection prior to setting off to save disappointment.
Also remember we only carry our retail stock at our Rochford premises, our Bicester site only keeps a small amount of stock just for their workshop use.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Currently we are able to accept a card payment over the phone or a BACS payment. However no parts are released until payment has been cleared. If you wish to make a payment via another means please contact us first.
When you checkout on the website it will send the order through to our parts department a representative will then phone you within 24hrs to confirm your order and will process payment.
Do you stock parts other than what is listed on your website?
Yes we do, our website is currently being developed so we only have some of our more specialized parts listed on here. We stock a very comprehensive range of parts including Original, reproduction, upgrade & performance and 2nd hand parts. Please contact us if you have anything in particular you are looking for.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Currently we do not offer gift cards, this may be something we will look into in future
