| Riley 9hp 1100cc solid copper head gasket standard thickness of 0.8mm thick.
This is one of our performance Riley 9 solid copper head gaskets, this particular one is standard thickness however we can offer different thickness ones as required as a made to order item. We have used this as a way before to help adjust the compression ratio to how we require per engine build specification.
We use these on all of our fast road and performance engines. You will need to anneal the gasket prior to fitting to soften the gasket up (we can do this in house before we post if you require please send us a message when you purchase or leave as a note on the checkout)
NOTE: You MUST have a flat block and head for one of these to work correctly, they will not seal if you have uneven surfaces pitting or imperfections. We would usually have the head and block fully prepared for these to be fitted.
